Please follow these directions to set up a Revtrak account

Destiny Parent Portal is parental access to your child's library book check out history.  Parent and Guardians can view current and historical checkouts and block their child from checking out specific books from your child's campus library.

Chromebook insurance is optional through School Device Coverage, and must be purchased and paid for within 30 days of receiving your Chromebook.

Insurance payments must be made either online through School Device Coverage or by mailing a check with the completed forms to SChool Device Coverage at 3390 Auto Mall Drive Westlake Village, CA 91362

There are two options.  You can purchase a policy with coverage for the charger or without coverage for the charger.

When signing up for insurance, School Device Coverage will request the model and either the serial number or asset tag number of the Chromebook.

All three of these items can be located on the bottom of your Chromebook. The model number is either a Lenovo 100e or Lenovo 300e. The serial number will follow S/N below the model. The asset tag is on the label attached to the bottom.

If you cannot locate these numbers please contact your campus library.

If Chromebook insurance is not purchased within the 30-day window, you will automatically be opted out and cannot opt in until the next school year.

If a parent chooses not to purchase insurance for their student's Chromebook, they are responsible for any and all damages that may occur. 

The repair/replacement costs are as follows:

• Chromebook: $300
• Screen:
  • Touchscreen display: $140
  • Non-touchscreen display: $65
• Keyboard: $50
• Top/bottom case: $40 each
• Hinges $15 

Insured Chromebooks

Login to your account with School Device Coverage to submit a claim.

Uninsured Chromebooks

Claims for Chromebook repairs/replacements can be purchased online through RevTrak Online Payment Center or at the front office.

Chromebooks and chargers must be returned in good working standard at the end of each school year, or if the child withdraws before the end of the year.

If the student does not return their Chomebook and/or charger or they are not in good working condition, they are responsible for the replacement costs. The Chromebook replacemet cost is $300 and the charger is $20.

If a student needs a replacement charger, they must pay $20 online or at the front office.  Once you pay for the charger, bring your receipt to the library specialist on your campus to pick up a charger.

Please contact the insurance company at www.schooldevicecoverage.com or call 888-978-3515 at to file a claim for your Chromebook damages.  A charge will be placed on your student's account until the campus Library Specialist receives a copy of the confirmation email from you when the claim is filed.
