Anytime they have finished their work in a class, have other things to work, or to check out a book.

Please always send the student with a pass filled out. I tell the student to fill out the pass and have you sign it. I need the date, time, student name and your signature on it.

I save all passes by date. If there is a question about where a student was, I can go through the passes and see when they came to the library.

Let me know how many copies you need, how large you want the poster to be (largest is 2'x3'), and whether you want regular paper or glossy paper.

It is VERY important to let me know what date you need this poster.

There is a laminator in the library. There are instructions on the front. We simply ask that you do not laminate anything that will not be used several school years.
